Join us in Middlesbrough to warm up for the first-ever Middlesbrough Runs! On the Saturday before the 5K and 10K, families take over Middlesbrough Sport’s Village to take part in Paula’s Families on Track. Teams of 3 to 5 complete 10km in a continuous relay…don’t forget we have some spot prizes up for grabs for our best-dressed teams and pens!
