- Each team can be 3, 4, or 5 people, of which at least one must be under 16 and at least one over 18
- There are three laps of varying distances: 750-1000m, 500m and 250m, on a safe, enclosed course. Each team must complete a total 10km distance using any combination of those distances they choose.
- Each leg is completed by an individual (although you can accompany smaller children), who will collect a coloured ball corresponding to the lap length (yellow for 250m, pink for 500m, purple for 750m) to add to your family’s total score.
- Changeovers take place in the ‘Family Zone’ where the other members are waiting in your family pen. Each team will have their own pen, and can cheer for each other while waiting for their laps.
- When you complete the 10km distance overall, the whole family joins together for the glory leg up to the finish line!
